Notice: Undefined index: page and Notice: Undefined index: ipp in Pagination Class

Been messing around with the pagination class from here: http://www.catchmyfame.com/2007/07/28/finally-the-simple-pagination-class

However it was giving errors such as Notice: Undefined index: page and Notice: Undefined index: ipp
