Diagnosis

When the attachment is run it imitates a video player and displays an image to fool the user into believing that a video is loading (see below for image). While this is happening it will also delete a number of files from inside the Windows directory before sending itself to everyone in your Outlook address book.

Also known as W32/Naked

Obviously don’t open the .exe file and delete this e-mail immediatly from your mailbox
