HTTP Error 500.50 – URL Rewrite Module Error – WordPress Images

Was looking at a WordPress install today on Windows. We had just installed the nice URL rewriter but new images, when clicked to their full size version were giving an error: HTTP Error 500.50 – URL Rewrite Module Error.
